Your plans renew automatically, so your website and email carry on without interruption. Here you can see when that happens and what it costs.
How a plan renews
- A plan renews for 12 months at a time until you cancel it.
- The amount is the annual price for your plan: the same price as last year, unless we have announced a change at least 30 days beforehand.
- The amount is charged to your saved payment card on the renewal date, and the invoice appears under Billing.
Find the date and price
Step 1: Open My products
Sign in to the control panel and choose My products in the menu.
Step 2: Look at the Renews column
In the Subscriptions table, the Renews column shows the next renewal date for each plan. If the plan has been cancelled, it says Ends and the date instead.
Step 3: See the price under Withdrawal and renewal
The Withdrawal and renewal card says for each web hosting plan, for example, Renews 10 January 2027 at 585 kr. for 12 months.

The renewal date and price are shown under My products Step 4: Check your domains
Domains have their own table, Domains. The Expires column shows the date, and under the domain name it says Automatic renewal or Manual renewal.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my card has expired on the renewal date?
The payment fails, and the plan gets the status Payment failed. Change the card and pay the invoice, see The payment failed. What do I do?.
Can the price go up at renewal?
The price is the same every year. If we change our prices, you will be told at least 30 days beforehand, and the change only applies from the next period. If you do not accept it, you can cancel at no cost.
I cancelled after the first year. Do I get money back?
As a consumer, once the first 12-month period is over, you can cancel with 1 month's notice and get your money back for the whole, unused days. Customers in Denmark, Germany and France see an estimated amount under Refund on cancellation on the Withdrawal and renewal card. Businesses run out the period with no refund.
