What you get
Their own login
Guests log in with their own email and password. You never share your login, and you can remove access without changing your password.
Access per area
Choose no access, read, or read and change for areas such as domains, email, web hosting, website builder and billing.
See who changed what
The activity log shows who did what. Guest users, the activity log and deleting the account are always reserved for owners and administrators.
How to get started
Invite a guest
Open People with access under Account in the control panel and invite a new person.
Choose access
Enter the guest's email and choose access for each area. The guest needs access to at least one area.
The guest accepts
The guest opens the link in the invitation and logs in, or creates a free login with the same email. The link works for two weeks.
Good to know
Numbers and permissions
How many guests you can have depends on your plan, and deactivated guests do not count. Only owners and administrators can invite guests and change access, and money and payouts in the online shop always require an owner or administrator.

Questions and answers
Can a guest see my invoices?
Only if you give access to billing. Give read access only if the person just needs to download invoices.
Is a guest the same as a mailbox?
No. A guest gets access to the control panel. If the person needs an email address on your domain, create a mailbox.
Can I pause someone's access?
Yes. Deactivate the guest, and activate them again when you work together again.
