How to use the guarantee
Step 1: Days 0-14: use Withdraw from agreement
In the first 14 days, the easiest route is your right of withdrawal. Go to My products and tap Withdraw from agreement under Withdrawal and renewal, or use Withdraw from agreement without signing in. See Right of withdrawal: change your mind within 14 days.
Step 2: Days 15-30: write to support
There is not yet a guarantee button in the control panel after day 14. Write to support@sitewig.com from the email address on your account, and give your customer number or order number and say that you want to use the money-back guarantee.
Step 3: Get your money back
We refund the amount to the card you paid with and issue a credit note, which you find under Billing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I also get my money back for my domain?
No. Domain fees are not covered by the guarantee. The domain is still yours, and you can keep it, move it to another provider or cancel it so that it is not renewed.
Does the guarantee apply if I buy another plan later?
No, only your first order for web hosting, website builder or email.
How quickly do I get the money?
Once we have approved the refund, we send the money to your card. It can take a few banking days before the amount shows in your account.
