If you buy as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement was made. You do not have to give a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.
Withdraw in the control panel
Step 1: Open My products
Sign in to the control panel and choose My products in the menu.
Step 2: Find the Withdrawal and renewal card
Next to your web hosting it says You can withdraw from the purchase until and the date, followed by the Withdraw from agreement button. If that text is not there, the deadline has passed.
Step 3: Tap Withdraw from agreement
A window explains that the subscription will be stopped and that you will get your money back under the withdrawal rules. Tap Withdraw from agreement in the window to confirm.
Step 4: Keep the receipt
You immediately get a Withdrawal receipt with a reference and a time, and the same receipt by email. If there is money to refund, the amount and the status of the refund are shown too. Tap Print confirmation if you want a copy.
Withdraw without signing in
Use the Withdraw from agreement page on sitewig.com:
- Enter your Email and your Customer number or order number.
- Tap Continue, check the details and tap Confirm withdrawal.
- You get a receipt with a reference and a time. Save or print it with Save/print receipt.
You can also send us a clear statement by email to support@sitewig.com or use the standard withdrawal form. You have met the deadline if you send the message within the 14 days.

In the free months you have not paid for the plan. If you withdraw within 14 days, the agreement stops immediately. After the 14 days, you can cancel the plan under My products before the introductory period ends, and nothing is charged.
I asked you to start straight away. Do I lose my money?
No, not for web hosting, website builder and email. By law we may charge for what we have delivered up to the withdrawal, but under our 30-day money-back guarantee you get the full amount for those services back.
