You want a credible site with your services, prices and contact details, and an email address on your own domain instead of a free webmail address.
Therapists, hairdressers and consultants
Customers book appointments directly on the site. Starter has room for 25 bookings a month and 1 staff member in the booking calendar.
Clubs and side projects
Post news on the blog, show the site in 2 languages, and create up to 3 mailboxes for the people who write on the club's behalf.
What you get with Starter
Starter gives you 1 website, 1 domain of your own and 15 GB of shared storage for your website, databases and email. There is no cap on the number of pages, and the "Made with Sitewig" badge can be removed. You get 3 mailboxes of 3 GB each, with webmail, a spam and virus filter and access from your own mail app.
NinaAI builds the website from a few questions and a description in your own words. On Starter she can build 5 new websites and make 50 AI edits a month for you.
Your website is backed up every day, backups are kept for 30 days, and you restore them yourself from the control panel. Prefer WordPress? It's included, as are SFTP, SSH and a choice of PHP version. The online store and automatic WordPress updates come with Pro, and AYAAI is included in Max.

AYAAI
AYAAI programs an app or page to your wishes, like a developer would: for example a price calculator, a sign-up list or a custom booking flow.

- Limits reset on day 1 of every month, and unused edits don't carry over.
- You edit text and images yourself, directly on the page, without using an edit.
- When a limit is reached, the AI pauses. Your website keeps running as normal.

Price and terms
- The price is per month and paid for 12 months at a time. The monthly price is the yearly price divided by 12.
- The first 3 months are free. If you cancel before they are over, you pay nothing for the plan.
- Domains are paid separately at the domain's price and are not part of the free months.
- 30-day money back on your first order for hosting, website builder and email. Domain fees are not covered.
- Free migration of your website and email with our migration guide or help from support.
- You can move to a bigger plan in the control panel. The new limits apply straight away, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Add-on: Larger mailbox gives one mailbox 25 GB outside the shared storage for £1.99/mo, billed yearly with the plan.

Questions about Starter
Can I sell products with Starter?
No, the online store is included from Pro. Starter has booking, so customers can book appointments. You can move to a bigger plan later in the control panel, and your website stays where it is.
How many email addresses come with Starter?
You get 3 mailboxes of 3 GB each on your own domain. If one of them needs more space, the Larger mailbox add-on gives it 25 GB outside the shared storage.
Is the domain included in the Starter price?
No. The domain is paid for separately at the domain's price, also while the plan is free. If you already own a domain, you can use it or transfer it to us.
Can I use WordPress with Starter?
Yes. WordPress installs in one click, and you have SFTP, SSH, a choice of PHP version and a staging environment. Automatic WordPress updates and malware scanning are included from Pro.
What is the difference between Starter and Free?
Free is for trying the website builder on a Sitewig address with "Made with Sitewig" and no domain of your own. Starter gives you your own domain, email, booking, a blog, statistics and daily backups, and the badge can be removed.
