Switching to Sitewig should not cost you anything. Help with moving is included in all web hosting plans, and you can choose to do it yourself with the moving guide or have us help you through it.

- Moving help in all web hosting plans.
- The first 3 months of your plan. After that the plan is paid for 12 months at a time.
- Attaching a domain that you keep with your current provider.
- Moving your domains to Sitewig. The transfer itself is free. For .dk you first pay at the next renewal, at cost price, currently €9.83/yr incl. VAT per year.
- The moving guide and the email import in the control panel.
What you pay for
The domain's yearly renewal. The transfer is free, but the domain renews every year at our cost price with no mark-up, for example .com (€12.29/yr incl. VAT) and .eu (€6.14/yr incl. VAT). Your plan is paid for 12 months at a time once the 3 free months are over.

Give us the domain, your current provider, and what needs to come along: website (WordPress or something else), email addresses and any other domains. Then we will plan the move with you.

Frequently asked questions
When should I cancel with the old provider?
Only when the move is finished and checked, including email and website. If you cancel too early, your domain and email may disappear.
What if my subscription is about to expire?
Start in good time, and contact us straight away if there are only a few days left. If the old provider has also registered your domain, the transfer must be under way before the subscription expires, or the domain may disappear.
