Feature
Agency mode
For anyone who builds and runs websites for clients: group client sites in folders, hand a finished site over to the client's own account, and show your own logo in the control panel.

What you get
Client folders
Create a folder per client with name, email and a note, and put sites in it. Archive the folder when you are done: nothing is deleted, and the client notices nothing.
Hand over to the client
Send the client a link, and the site moves to their own account with domains, email and subscription. You can keep guest access so you can still help.
Your own logo
Show your agency's logo in the control panel instead of Sitewig's, both for yourself and for clients you have handed sites over to.
How to get started
Open Clients
With agency mode, Clients appears in the control panel menu under Account.
Create a client folder
Press New client folder, enter the client's name and put the client's sites in the folder.
Hand over when the site is done
Choose Hand over to client, enter the client's email and send the link. The client logs in and accepts on their own account.
Good to know
Before you hand over
Agency mode is only included in the largest hosting plan. Subscriptions you pay with your own card must be moved to the client's payment manually. The link to the client works for two weeks, after which you send a new one. If you switch to a smaller plan, agency mode goes away, so hand over finished sites first.

Questions and answers
Can the client remove my access afterwards?
Yes. If you kept guest access, the client can always remove it under guest users.
Which file types can the logo be?
PNG, JPEG or WebP. Keep the file small so the control panel loads quickly.
Is agency mode the same as the partner programme?
No. Agency mode is a tool in the control panel. You can read about working with Sitewig on the partner page.
