Offers and benefits
Here are the offers that apply right now, with the exact terms for each one, so you know what you pay and when.
The first 3 months are free
The offer applies to every paid plan, both hosting and email plans, in every country we sell to. Once the free months are over, you pay the plan's normal price for 12 months at a time.
Price after the free months
| Plan | Per month | For 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | €3.06 | €36.75 |
| Pro | €6.14 | €73.65 |
| Business | €9.83 | €117.93 |
| Max | €15.98 | €191.73 |
| Essential | €2.45 | €29.37 |
| Unlimited | €4.54 | €54.46 |
Prices include 23% VAT for private customers in Ireland. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
Terms
- The offer applies once per customer and household or business.
- You add a payment card when you order. When the 3 months are over, the normal price for the next 12 months is charged unless you have cancelled.
- You get an email reminder before the amount is charged.
- Domains are not part of the offer and are paid at the domain's price from the start.
Yearly billing without a teaser price
Every plan is paid for 12 months at a time. The monthly price you see is the yearly price divided by 12, and the yearly price is always shown next to it. There is no low first-year price that jumps at renewal: you renew at the normal price.
Terms
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- If we change the price, you hear from us at least 30 days before renewal, and you can cancel at no cost.
- You get an email reminder before every renewal.
30-day money back
If you're not happy, you can cancel your first order for hosting, website builder or email within 30 days of ordering and get the full amount for those services back.
Terms
- Applies to your first order.
- Domain fees and third-party licences are not covered.
- If you're a consumer, the guarantee comes on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and doesn't limit it.
- As the first 3 months are free, you don't pay for the plan until they are over.
Free migration
If your website or email is somewhere else today, you move it to Sitewig for free with our migration guide or with help from support. You can check the website with us before you point your domain here.
Terms
- Moving your website and email costs nothing on the paid hosting plans.
- Transferring your domain to Sitewig is free as well.
- Don't cancel your old provider until the move is finished and checked.
Domains priced from our registrar's cost
Domain prices follow our registrar's cost price and the exchange rate, so they can change. The renewal price can differ from the registration price, and both are in the price list.
Terms
- Domains are always paid for and are not part of the free months.
- Transferring a domain to Sitewig is free. Renewals cost the domain's price in the price list.
- Some extensions are registered for more than one year at a time, and the price is then shown for the whole period.
+100 AI edits with NinaAI
If you've used this month's AI edits, you can buy more in the control panel. The add-on costs €3.06 incl. VAT and gives you +100 edits with NinaAI.
Terms
- One-off purchase, no subscription.
- Valid for the rest of the month you buy it in and all of the next month. After that, unused edits expire.
- If you're a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on an add-on you haven't started using.
- Monthly limits reset on day 1 of every month, and you still edit text and images yourself without using edits.
Larger mailbox: 25 GB
If one person needs a lot of email, the add-on gives one mailbox 25 GB that doesn't count towards the hosting account's shared storage. It costs €3.06/mo incl. VAT and is billed yearly with the plan.
Terms
- Available for Starter, Pro, Business and Essential.
- Each add-on covers one mailbox.
- The space doesn't count towards the shared storage for your website and databases.
Free: a website for €0
If you just want to try the website builder, Free is a plan without payment: one website on a Sitewig address with up to 5 pages, 1 GB of storage and "Made with Sitewig". There is no domain of your own.
Terms
- Free is not the same as the free months on a paid plan.
- You can move to a paid plan when you want your own domain and email.
