The monthly price is the yearly price divided by 12. After the 3 free months you pay for 12 months at a time, for example €36.75/yr incl. VAT for Starter (€3.06/mo incl. VAT). There is no higher renewal price after the introductory offer. If we change our prices, we tell you at least 30 days before your renewal.

Yes. All prices are shown incl. 23% VAT, for example €3.06 a month for Starter, which is what you pay as a consumer. If you are a business with a valid VAT number, you are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge, because Sitewig is established in the United Kingdom. Choose Excl. VAT at the top to see business prices.

Yes. You can cancel your first order for hosting, the website builder or email within 30 days and get the full amount for them back. Domains are not covered, because they are registered straight away. As a consumer you also have a 14-day right to cancel.

Yes. We send an email at least 30 days before every renewal and before the free months end, and again about 7 days before. It shows the date and amount and how to cancel in a few clicks.

Yes, under Change plan in the control panel. When you upgrade, the new limits apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period you have paid for. When you move to a smaller plan, the new price applies from your next renewal, and your hosting must fit within the smaller plan.

A new .com domain costs €13.52/yr incl. VAT for the first year and €12.29/yr incl. VAT on renewal. Transferring it to Sitewig is free. Domain prices follow our registrar's cost price and the exchange rate, so they can change. The amount is always in the reminder before the renewal, and domains are not part of the free months.

Every time you ask Nina^AI or AYA^AI to change something on your website or app, it counts as one AI edit. What you edit yourself doesn't count.
