What you get
Stored on the server
Appointments and contacts live in your Sitewig mailbox, not on a single phone. Lose your phone and they are still there.
Open standards
CalDAV and CardDAV work in the built-in apps on iPhone, iPad and Mac, in Thunderbird and on Android with a sync app.
Same login as your email
You log in with your full email address and your mailbox password. The connection is always encrypted.
How to get started
Find the server details
The server address and settings are in our guide. Try the server name first, and the full address if your app cannot find the account.
Add the account
On iPhone, add a CalDAV account under Calendar and a CardDAV account under Contacts. On Android, use an app such as DAVx⁵.
Test it
Create a test appointment and check that it appears on your other devices shortly after.
Good to know
Who has it, and what is missing
Calendar and contacts are included in the email plans. If your email is part of a web hosting plan, ask support whether it is included. The details are in the guide, not in the control panel. Outlook for Windows does not support CalDAV and CardDAV directly, and calendars cannot be shared between mailboxes today.
Included in the plans

Questions and answers
My app says the login is wrong. What do I do?
Use the full email address as username and your mailbox password, not your control panel password. If you changed the password recently, update it here too.
Can I share a calendar with a colleague?
Not from the control panel today. Send invitations to appointments from your calendar instead, and never share your mailbox password.
Does it work without https?
No. The connection is always encrypted, so the address must start with https.
