1. Seller

2. Term and payment
Hosting and email are bought for 12 months at a time and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown per month incl. local VAT.
Introductory offer: the first 3 months cost £1. After that the normal price is billed for 12 months at a time. Domains are always charged at the normal price.
3. Right to cancel and money-back
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of the contract. In addition, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to hosting and email. Registered domains cannot be cancelled once registration is complete.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel with effect from the end of the current 12-month term in the control panel or by writing to us.
5. Liability and acceptable use
The services may not be used for illegal content, spam or abuse. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights and the venue granted by mandatory law in your country of residence.
